- Effective February 1st, 2009 SIRIUS XM Radio will assume responsibility for product returns, warranty, and technical support of SIRIUS Satellite Products. For assistance please contact SIRIUS Customer Care by calling 1-800-869-5364 or refer to the SIRIUS website at www.sirius.com.
- Attention Retailers and Distributors: SIRIUS product shipped to Directed Electronics after February 1st, 2009 will be returned back to the sender as non warranted materials if it does not have a Directed RMA.
- Some SIRIUS products are eligible for technical support and warranty return service from Directed Electronics. To determine if your product is eligible please refer to this listing. If your product is not on this list you must contact SIRIUS XM Radio directly for technical assistance and warranty return.

Following are instructions for exchanging your defective Directed product* for a replacement unit. We recommend
that you first attempt to exchange defective product at the store or dealer** where you purchased it; this is usually
the fastest way to get a replacement. For Directed products that were installed in your vehicle by a Directed authorized
retailer, you MUST contact the installing retailer for a replacement, and it must be re-installed by professionals per
stated warranty terms.

* Only products with the "Directed" brand, or "Distributed by Directed" on the package will be exchanged.

- Your product warranty starts on the date that you purchased the product, so a copy of your store receipt with the purchase date must be provided upon return of any defective product.
- Per the stated warranty terms that you received with your product, Directed may repair your defective product, or exchange it with a new or factory refurbished equivalent.
- Your product warranty is voided if the product is damaged through negligence, misuse, or mishandling, or if any bar-coded labels are removed from the product.
- Directed will return your original defect to you at your expense if it is not covered by the terms of the warranty.

- Print and complete the Warranty Return Form with product information, your name, the address that returned product should be shipped to, telephone number, and purchase information.
- Attach your purchase receipt and $15 cashiers check or money order payable to"Directed Electronics" to the form, and enclose both in the box with your defective product. Return all parts that came with the product, whether they are defective or not.

- We recommend that you ship the product using UPS Ground or a carrier that can provide you with tracking information. Directed is not responsible for product that is not delivered to the above address.
- Directed will return your exchange product in 2-3 weeks using UPS Ground.
